Delete your SSIDekick data
SSIDekick has no account. The only data Iceamp Labs holds about you is a bug report or feedback you sent from the app. To have it deleted, email play@iceamp.com. Everything else is on your phone and you can delete it there.
What we hold
Only what you sent from About › bug report or feedback: the text you typed, the email address if you entered one, and the context block the form showed you before you sent it (app version, Android version, phone manufacturer and model, screen size, display density, font scale and language). Reports are kept for as long as needed to handle them and no longer than two years.
How to ask us to delete it
- Write to play@iceamp.com with the subject “Delete my SSIDekick data”.
- Give the email address you entered in the report. If you entered none, say roughly when you sent it and what it was about, so we can find it.
- We delete the report and reply to confirm.
If you sent no report, we hold nothing about you and there is nothing to delete.
What is on your phone
Scans, saved notes, the roaming log, coverage recordings, access point names and settings never leave your phone unless you export them. Uninstalling the app, or clearing its storage in Android’s settings, deletes all of it. Inside the app, the bin icons and “Clear log” delete scans, recordings, names and the roaming log one by one.
The privacy policy lists everything the app sends and where.
